For years, we have been striving to replicate the captivating flavors crafted by the Belgian Trappist monks. If you have ever visited a monastery café, you know the taste of a freshly brewed Quad is unbeatable. Keeping this in mind, we bring you our Belgian Quad. Careful attention to detail has resulted in a beer with a profusion of malty flavors and an array of dark dried fruits, making it remarkably smooth to drink. A harmonious blend of brown sugar, caramel, fig, and sweet Rainier cherries tantalize the senses. A lively effervescence refreshes the palate, crowning the beer with a frothy, meringue-like foam. Only 40 cases are produced each year, and the beer is bottled in traditional Belgian champagne bottles. Aged and re-fermented in the bottle, in accordance with time-honored tradition, to achieve a velvety texture and preserve the intricate aromas until your next special occasion.
